By downloading, installing, or using Grid Runner: Neon Dash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Submit offensive or inappropriate content to leaderboards
Attempt to disrupt the App's servers or services

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and design, is owned by CZSyn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CZSyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
